Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this Formwork service. By creating an account or using it you agree to them. In them, “we” means the organisation that operates this copy of Formwork.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your workspaces.

Your content

The forms and responses you create are yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them so the service can work. You promise that you have the right to collect the information your forms ask for and that you will follow the privacy laws that apply to you.

What you may not do

• Use the service to send spam or to collect data by deception, including passwords, payment card numbers or government identifiers.
• Upload or collect anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
• Probe, overload or bypass the security or rate limits of the service.
• Resell access without our agreement.

We can take a form offline or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why when we can.

Plans and billing

The plans, limits and prices are the ones on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed as agreed when you sign up for them. Downgrading never deletes your data, but features outside your plan stop working on forms that use them.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, and the status page shows live checks. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Ending things

You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like. We can end the service or your access with reasonable notice, except where a serious breach of these terms needs a faster response.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
