Is there a trial for paid plans?
Paid plans can include a free trial that needs no card. If a plan has one, its length is shown on the plan card and you start it from the billing page.
What happens if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Features outside the new plan stop working on forms that use them until you upgrade again, and drafts are never locked.
Do the prices on this page change?
They are read from the live plans, so what you see is what applies today. If a plan changes, the page changes with it.
How do I pay?
Start a trial or ask for a plan from the billing page in your workspace, or use the form on this page for a larger team. Card checkout is not switched on in every installation, so we confirm the details by email.
Who owns the forms and responses?
You do. Owners can export everything, delete individual responses and delete the workspace.
